All of our products are offered on a pre-order basis. This means the item is not immediately on hand, but will be ordered from our vendor once your order is placed.Here’s how it works:

•Once you place your order, we immediately order your item from our trusted vendor.

•Shipping from our vendor to us takes approximately 10 business days (not including weekends or holidays)

•Once we receive your item, we perform a quality check, then package and ship it to you within 1–3 business days.

•You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order ships from us.

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 12–15 business days from the date of your order.

•All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

•A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

•Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

•Shipping times may vary depending on holidays, weather, and postal service delays.

Because we operate on a pre-order basis and order items specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds unless:

•The item arrives damaged or defective (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

•You received the wrong item.

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered the customer’s responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting your local post office or filing a claim directly with the carrier.

•We accept major credit cards and secure payment platforms like PayPal.

•Once your order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made due to the pre-order process beginning immediately.
